My first post! I have struggled with my health for many years, but noticed when I did Clean eating cleanse three years ago that there was a huge improvement. At that time I was following the Candida diet, and as a result eliminated sugar, gluten, and dairy - in addition to several other things! I have never felt so good! I had energy, I lost weight, I had great skin - things were good! Except, I went back to my old way of eating, and slowly all the symptoms I had before doing this cleanse returned. Since then, I have gone back to clean eating for periods of time, but I have trouble sticking to it for longer than a week or two. I know I feel so much better every time I adjust my diet, but unfortunately, convenience wins out. I thought that if I started a blog with my favorite clean eating recipes then it would help to keep me on track, and help me to keep awesome recipes available.
